Have we told you we have a great property manager? He knew we wanted fresh fish, so gave us a head’s up text about the fishermen selling their catch of fresh Liza. They weren’t even gutted yet.

I don’t even have a filet knife yet, so sharpened what I have and went to work. I’ll be buying a filet knife soon.:)
